This is the document developed specifically for mapmodeling.org. Some of these links take you out of the mapmodeling.org domain. Make sure you are back in that domain before you start editting and adding pages.

Instructions for MAP community
Downloading a file to the mapmodeling.org server.
In the mapmodeling.org blog software there is the ability to add "assets" to the server. You can then link to those assets from the wiki or the blog. Here, for example, is a dubious asset.
In order to add an asset to the blog you have to register at the blog and have the status of "writer." Once you log on, on the left there are "create options" and you use "new asset." Alternatively, if you click on 'view site" (top right), then on the left you get an admin panel where you can get to the "new asset" capability.
The default on registration is as a "commenter." Currently there is a "guestwriter" account you can use if you can't wait. Acct name is "guestwriter" and the password is "guest".
